Services

1- What services do you offer?

I provide professional creative solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes, including Brand Identity Design, Packaging Design, Social Media Design, Print Design, Marketing Materials, Motion Graphics, Brand Consultation, and other branding-related creative services.

2- Do you offer logo design only?

No. I don't offer standalone logo design. My focus is on building complete visual identities that create consistency, recognition, and long-term value for your brand—not just designing a logo.

3- Can I request multiple services in one project?

Absolutely. Many businesses require a combination of branding, packaging, social media, print design, and marketing materials. Every proposal is customized to match your project's needs.

4- I'm not sure which service I need. Can you help?

Of course. Simply visit the Contact page and complete the Start Your Project form. I'll review your goals and recommend the most suitable solution for your business.

5- Can you create the content for social media?

Yes. If you don't already have content, I can help with content writing, marketing ideas, creative concepts, and organizing your social media strategy. This service is quoted separately based on the project's requirements.

Project Process

1- How does the project process work?

Every project begins with understanding your business, goals, and requirements. After reviewing your project, I'll recommend the best creative solution, prepare the project scope, timeline, and quotation. Once everything is approved and the initial payment is received, work begins.

2- What information do you need before starting?

The required information depends on the service. Generally, I may need details about your business, project objectives, target audience, preferred style, content, brand assets, and any existing materials relevant to the project.

3- How long does a project usually take?

Delivery time depends on the project's complexity, scope, and my current schedule. Before work begins, you'll receive an estimated delivery timeline based on your project requirements.

4- Do you accept urgent projects?

If my schedule allows, I'll gladly help. However, I always prioritize quality over speed, and urgent projects may require schedule adjustments depending on availability.

5- Can I pause my project after it has started?

Yes, depending on the project's progress and current schedule. If a project is paused for an extended period, a revised timeline—or in some cases additional fees—may be required before work resumes.

Pricing & Payments

1- How are projects priced?

Every project is unique, so pricing depends on its scope, complexity, timeline, and specific requirements. A custom quotation is prepared after reviewing your project.

2- Do I need to pay before work starts?

Yes. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking and begin the project. The remaining 50% is paid after project approval and before the final files are delivered.

3- Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods vary depending on your location.

International Clients

4- Do you offer refunds?

Because every project is custom-created specifically for each client, payments for completed work or work already in progress are non-refundable. If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5- When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. Work begins according to the agreed schedule once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Revisions & Deliverables

1- How many revisions are included?

Each project includes two revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are charged at 20% of the project value per revision.

2- What happens if I need more revisions?

Additional revisions are always possible. Any revisions beyond the included two rounds will be quoted separately before implementation.

3- Will I receive the source files?

Final deliverables depend on the agreed-upon project scope. If editable source files are included in your package, they will be delivered after the project has been completed and full payment has been received.

4- Do you handle printing?

No. I specialize in design only. Printing, manufacturing, and production are the client's responsibility or the responsibility of their preferred supplier.

Working Together

1- Do you work with international clients?

Yes. I work remotely with businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide and provide professional creative services in both Arabic and English.

2- What are your working hours?

My official working hours are:

Saturday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Egypt Time)

Friday is my official day off.

3- Which languages do you work in?

I work comfortably in both Arabic and English. For clients who speak other languages, today's translation tools make communication simple and effective. My priority is clear collaboration, smooth communication, and high-quality design regardless of language.

4- Do you offer free sample designs?

No. I don't provide free sample designs. You're welcome to explore my portfolio to evaluate the quality and style of my work before starting a project.

5- Do you guarantee business or sales results?

While strategic design plays an important role in building a strong brand, no designer can ethically guarantee specific business or sales results. Success depends on many factors, including your product, pricing, marketing strategy, customer experience, competition, and market conditions. My role is to provide creative solutions that strengthen your brand and support your business goals.

Ownership & Rights

1- Who owns the final design?

Once the project has been completed and full payment has been received, ownership of the approved final design is transferred to you according to the agreed project scope.

2- Will my project appear in your portfolio?

Yes. After your project has been officially published or launched, I may showcase it in my portfolio and official platforms as part of my professional work and creative experience.

3- Can I modify the final files after delivery?

Yes. Once ownership has been transferred, you're free to use the approved final design according to your business needs. If future modifications or additional design work are required, I'd be happy to assist as a separate service.
